It’s 7:53am EST time. I’m up early, my wife went to work and i’m in my house watching some old Vanilla Ice movie called “Cold As Ice” on HBO. I never knew this cat even had a movie. Anyways i’m off to learn more about blogging and how to improve this sites for my viewers(I mean me).
Up Early
Posted by Mysterygrimms | Under What Caters To Me Wednesday Mar 12, 2008I’m new to blogging, bare with me.
Posted by Mysterygrimms | Under Blogging Tuesday Mar 11, 2008This new blogging interest I conjured up… is quite interesting. I’m just trying to get the hang of all this shit. Scurrying other blog pages for ideas and how to properly write my uninteresting blogs for the masses to see(actually probably 1 person or less).
Well?…. I’ll give word back to all my blog subscribers(myself?), when I get a free moment(actually I have plenty of free moments at the time of this writing). Just nothing new to utter. In the meantime…. check out my Myspace page (I know shameless promotion).

Bored…Just a little?
Posted by Mysterygrimms | Under Blogging, What Caters To Me Tuesday Mar 11, 2008I. Am. Bored. Just a little? Just sitting here pondering what I evenually want to do with this blog. I mean.. I personally think of blogs as an electronic diary, to talk about yourself, your thoughts, and to reflect on whats going on in the moment, and to share past and present memories. Don’t mind me though. Just spewing my useless banter as usual (Thats what my wife calls it, at home). How inviting. Off to finish listening to Zhane. Very good talented girl R&B group that is no more. They were real hip in 1994 though. I use to love “Hey Mr. DJ”, “Vibes” and “Changes”.

I tell ya… gas prices are rising faster then I can stand up these days. Here in Boston, gas prices have already hit the $3.00 mark. I guarantee by the end of summer, gas prices will be around $4.00 or more per gallon. Some states are already at $4 per gallon or more. I can tell you, my wife and I, personally are already feeling the effects.

Posted by Mysterygrimms | Under News Posts Monday Mar 10, 2008I really commend this lady for returning 30K?($30,000.00 buckaroo’s). Yep I said it $30,000.00 dollars. Does this make sense? I don’t think it would be me. But in the end i’m glad the family got their money back. Originally it was an 80 year old lady who donated her life savings to this thrift store. Read the original article below please.

Barbarita Nunez was sorting clothes on Tuesday at the Veterans Thrift Store when she found a small box. Inside was an envelope of cash. Nunez said at first she thought the money was fake. But just in case, she gave it to her supervisor.
The money turned out to belong to a woman who had recently died. It was returned to her family, who gave Nunez a cash reward.
Nunez said she will send some of the reward to Mexico so her mother can have an eye operation and will use the rest to buy a digital camera.”
Ten Reasons You’re A Couch Potato - MSN Health & Fitness - Fitness
Posted by Mysterygrimms | Under Adverse Effects, Health News, What Caters To You Monday Mar 10, 2008Heres an excerpt from an article regarding lazy people like myself. It’s tough out here these days. Exercising is not one of my strong points. Just ask my wife..exercise you say? Hmmm… Interesting.
Ten Reasons You’re A Couch Potato - MSN Health & Fitness - Fitness: “Ten Reasons You’re A Couch Potato
by Allison Van Dusen for Forbes.com”
We all know exercise is good for us.
Regular physical activity, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, can lower people’s risk of a heart attack, colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as help with weight control, relieve arthritis pain and even reduce symptoms of depression. It can also cut down on visits to the hospital and doctor’s office, as well as the need for medications.
Apparently, however, that’s not enough to get us up off our couches and into the gym. More than half of U.S. adults don’t engage in activity levels consistent with public health recommendations–and 24% aren’t active at all in their free time.
The most common excuse: a lack of time. On top of commuting and working 60 to 80 hour weeks, you have a spouse and children competing for attention at home. By the end of the day, the need for sleep tends to override any desire to get fit. A 2007 University of Pittsburgh physical activity study, for instance, found that having a baby alone can cause men to work out almost 4.5 fewer hours per week, while women’s activity levels fell by 1.3 hours.
N.Y. governor apologizes after prostitution link
Posted by Mysterygrimms | Under Political News, What In The World Monday Mar 10, 2008N.Y. governor apologizes after prostitution link
Spitzer doesn’t directly cite allegation first reported by N.Y. Times
NEW YORK - Gov. Eliot Spitzer apologized to his family and the public on Monday, but did not not elaborate on a bombshell report that he has been involved in a prostitution ring.
“I have acted in a way that violates my obligations to my family … my sense of right and wrong,” he said at a news conference at his Manhattan office. “I must now dedicate some time to rededicate my trust to my family.”
Spitzer’s wife stood at his side, her hands behind her back and her eyes cast downward, as he made the statement.
Looks like this John got caught with his pants up to me. They have been covering this piece of breaking news, all day on MSNBC. Looks like this guy will not run for “President” anytime soon. All the top political experts are talking about possible charges (Details are still quite hazy for the time being). They even have text messages and wiretaps on the dude. Tough luck….lets hope his family is alright and still intact.

McCartney reportedly inks deal with Apple
Posted by Mysterygrimms | Under Entertainment News, Tech News Monday Mar 10, 2008Here’s some interesting Beatles news for Beatles fans. I was scurrying the interWebz and felt like blogging about it. I think their music is pretty good, well…was in a sense. I also think Paul McCartney made a very wise decision to ink this deal with Apple. Now you’ll be able to hear classic Beatles Tunes on iTunes. They have a helluva back catalogue. Original article below.
McCartney reportedly inks deal with Apple: “McCartney reportedly inks deal with Apple
By Jeff Smykil | Published: March 09, 2008 - 07:43PM CT
Multiple UK news outlets are reporting today that Sir Paul McCartney has reached a deal with Apple to offer the Beatles catalog on the iTunes Store. The deal, reportedly worth $400 million, comes after months and months of speculation and relentless torrents of rumors. As best as we can tell, this is the real deal, and will lead to the most popular band of all time finally finding its way onto an online marketplace.
While McCartney will be keeping much of the money, several other parties stand to benefit from the deal. It is being reported that portions of the sum will be going to families of the deceased members of the Beatles, Ringo Starr, Sony, EMI, and the former owner of the catalog, Michael Jackson.
As of today there is no time frame as to when the catalog will appear online, but it seems to just be a matter of time. McCartney himself even said in November that the catalog would be making its way onto the the store some time in 2008 While we have heard this sort of thing time and time again, this might just be the real deal. Prepare yourself—Beatlemania is coming to iTunes.”
